At Flexed Mettle, Eric and Katie work closely together to design an evidence‑based, individualized plan of care that aligns with your goals.

  3. Clinical expertise — the skill and judgment of your provider. Eric is a board‑certified orthopedic physical therapist with advanced vestibular training through the American Institute of Balance.

$100 per hour treatment session

$60 for 30-minute manual therapy session (MT sessions include but not limited to: soft tissue massage, cross fiction massage, mobilization/manipulation, dry needling, and cupping)

For athletes seeking a personalized edge, this one-on-one training program delivers customized workouts based on sport, position, and individual goals. Each plan includes targeted strength development, mobility work, and injury prevention techniques to help athletes move efficiently and perform at their peak.

Whether recovering from injury, preparing for tryouts, or chasing a scholarship, this service offers focused attention and expert guidance to unlock full potential.

Mobility Lab

Feel Better. Reduce Risk for Injury.

Looking for your next (or first) workout class? Whether you’re an athlete seeking research‑supported recovery or a weekend warrior hoping to reduce your risk of injury, Mobility Lab by Flexed Mettle is designed for you. This evidence‑based class blends multiple modes of exercise to improve flexibility, support recovery, and build a strong foundation for movement and long‑term health.

Mobility Lab meets twice weekly:

  • Tuesday evenings: 6:00–7:00 PM

  • Saturday mornings: 8:00–9:00 AM Classes are held in the lower level of the Flexed Mettle clinic.

This class is appropriate for all fitness levels and experience backgrounds. To ensure quality instruction and individualized attention, class size is currently capped at 20 participants.

Team-Based Strength & Performance Programming

Stronger Together. Faster Forever.

This comprehensive program is designed for entire sports teams looking to train smarter and compete stronger. Each session blends sport-specific conditioning with injury prevention strategies tailored to the demands of the team’s season. Athletes build strength, speed, and coordination while learning movement patterns that reduce injury risk and enhance performance.

Whether it’s court, field, track, or pool, this program fosters a unified training culture that supports individual development and team-wide success across all sports.

Step 2: Confirmation

Once you contact us, we will confirm reason for visit and set you up with our EMR system, Prompt Health.

Step 3: Create Initial Evaluation

We will confirm your time and date for the initial evaluation on our schedule and send you an intake form to complete before your initial evaluation.

Step 4: Evaluation and Create Plan of Care

Evaluation will be performed during the time and date selected. After which, we will create a plan of care and if necessary, we will schedule follow up visits.
